New homeowners wanted every exterior door rekeyed to a single key the morning after closing. Five cylinders rekeyed, two replaced with high-security Medeco deadbolts. In and out in 90 minutes.
Designed a 4-tier master key system with restricted Medeco hardware. Provider keys, front-desk master, manager master and owner grand master. Full key control log delivered.
Customer lost every key while on a flight. We dispatched to DIA long-term parking, cut and programmed a new smart key on-site in 45 minutes. Cost: half of what the dealer quoted.
2 a.m. break-in. Reframed the door, replaced the Adams Rite lock, installed a latch guard and a new closer. Storefront was open for business by 8 a.m.
Replaced three legacy keypads with a fob-based access control system across two exterior doors and a server room. Manager disables a lost fob in 5 seconds — no rekeying needed.
Lost the only key to a 2019 Road King. Cut a new key and reprogrammed the security module in the customer's driveway — bike was running in under an hour.
